MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Member Obligations:

As a member of the Mt. Washington Rod and Gun Club you have the following obligations:

  1. New members must submit proof of completion of  AGC’s Range Rule & Safety & Orientation before being granted Club membership.
  2. Be familiar and comply with the Club Constitution and By-laws which are available for download in the “Members’ area” of the Club website.
  3. Pay your Club dues in a timely fashion.
  4. Join and maintain membership in the National Rifle Association (NRA).
    1. Note 1: Failure to maintain NRA membership will result in you losing your membership in Mt. Washington. Club dues are not refundable.
    2. Note 2: AGC’s range badge rules require membership in an AGC club. Loss or termination of club membership invalidates the range badge. Range badge fees are not refundable.
  5. Be familiar with the Club website and its various features including the Club Calendar and RSVP features.
  6. Keep your member profile information on the Club website current; including your AGC Range Badge Number, active NRA membership information including current expiration date and your emergency contact number and relationship of your emergency contact.
  7. Keep your email address up to date in your member profile on the Club website and on the Club’s “Mail Chimp” email system. Note: Each email contains a link at the bottom which will enable you to update your address.
  8. Be familiar with and comply with the AGC’s Range Rules and Policy & Procedure Manual. 
  9. Current members who do not have an AGC Range Badge and have not completed the AGC’s Range Rule & Safety & Orientation, may not bring a shooting guest to Club events. Non-shooting observers are permitted but must remain behind the range.

Club’s Expectations:

As a member of the Mt. Washington Rod and Gun Club we strongly encourage you to meet the following expectations:

  1. Attend as many Club meetings as possible.
  2. Attend and support as many Club events as possible.
  3. Use the Club’s meeting and event RSVP system to help the Club’s officer plan events.
  4. Volunteer to serve and serve as a Club officer.
  5. Read the emails you receive from the Club and respond as appropriate.
  6. Respond to occasional member surveys sent by the Club.
  7. Renew your NRA membership using the link on the Club website. You save money and the Club receives a commission from the NRA.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

Any citizen of the U. S. A., eighteen years of age or over of good character and reputation, may become a member of this club on vote of the Executive Committee. Junior members will be persons under 18 years of age. Junior members will pay no initiation fee or club annual dues and will not enjoy voting privileges. Upon reaching 18 years of age Junior members will become regular members and will be required to pay annual dues. No initiation fee will be required for junior members who become regular members. Any person with a criminal background will be denied membership.

Note: Mt. Washington’s By-laws require membership in the National Rifle Association. Click on the icon below and receive the Club discount on NRA dues when you join or renew your membership in the NRA.

COSTS:

NEW member initiation fee:  $10 (one time fee)
Annual membership dues:  $60 +$3 service fee
Half year dues:  $30 + $3 service fee
(Half year dues apply only for NEW members joining after July 1st)

LATE MEMBER RENEWALS (January 1st – January 31st):
Annual membership late renewal: $70.00  (+ $3 service fee)

AGC 2026 Annual Range Badge    $275
1. Range Badge fees are set by the AGC.
2. AGC Range Badges are $150 after July 1st. (First time purchase only)
3. You must be a Club member to purchase an AGC Range Badge.

AGC Range Badge fees are paid directly to the AGC.

CLUB MEMBER PROFILES

Create your Membership Profile

Each member must create and maintain an individual member profile using the “Member Login” which can be accessed via the link below or the tab at the top right-hand corner of each website page.

The user name to select CANNOT be changed, so choose wisely. We strongly recommend that you create a strong password using upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. You can update your password at any time. There is a password recovery function if you forget your password.

WARNING: For the security of your personal information, the system is configured to lock out any user for 4 hours after four (4) failed log-in attempts. Do yourself a favor and store your user name and password in a secure place.

Your personal profile will enable you to:

  1. Update your personal information and password at any time. Except for making any necessary changes in your information, you will not have to fill out this form again.
  2. Renew your Club membership and pay your membership dues online.

NOTE: As a Club member, it is YOUR responsibility to update your profile when and as needed. This includes updating the expiration date of your NRA membership.

To quickly create your member profile you will need to know:

  1. Your NRA membership number
  2. Your NRA membership expiration date.

(See your membership card, or your mailing label on your NRA magazine.)

Create your profile:

  1. Click the member log-in link.
  2. Input the user name you chose.
  3. Input the password you chose.
  4. Click on the “REGISTER NOW” link in the shaded box.
  5. Complete the entire form & check your entries.
  6. Save your profile.
  7. You will receive an email notice when your account profile has been approved.

UPDATE YOUR PROFILE

Update your Membership Profile:

Each member can update their individual member profile using the “Member Login” which can be accessed via the tab at the top right-hand corner of each website page.

NOTE: As a Club member, it is YOUR responsibility to update your profile when and as needed. This includes updating the expiration date of your NRA membership.

To update your member profile, you will need to:

  1. Log-in to your account.
  2. Click on the “update my profile” profile link.
  3. Make the necessary updates to your personal information.
  4. Update your NRA member expiration date.
  5. Fill-in the “Occupation” data field. (New)
  6. Save your profile.
