AGC’s New Club & League Event SIGN – IN Procedure

GUEST —

All guests and non-badge holders of club and league events will need to fill out a, one (1) time per year, waiver and pay $5 per event (including club members without AGC badges). It is a privilege to shoot at the AGC and no one should shoot for free, except our youth shooters, of course. After each guest fills out the waiver they will then need to register electronically (using first and last name) for the shooting event that they are attending.

Non-badge holders and Guests at Trap events (both Club & Public) and 5-Stand events (both Club & Public) do not need to pay the $5 fee as they are already paying to shoot each round. The additional $5 fee would increase the per round costs above the fees charged by other local ranges.

AGC Badge Holders —

All AGC Badge Holders need to register electronically, for each shooting event that is attended… each time. This will require you to put your Badge # into the AGC App. The Event Director for your event will oversee you getting registered. Current AGC Badge holders do not pay the $5 guest fee.

New Membership and Event Participation Requirements – Posted 01/02/2026

Due to some recent safety issues, the following motions were made and passed by the Club members present at the December 2025 meeting:

  1. Current members who do not have an AGC Range Badge and have not completed the AGC’s Range Rule & Safety & Orientation, may not bring a shooting guest to Club events. Non-shooting observers are permitted but must remain behind the range.
  2. New members must first attend and successfully complete the AGC Range Safety and Orientation Course before full access to the Club website and payment of dues.
Club Meeting Location Schedule – Posted 11/23/2021

A motion was made and passed by the Club members present at the November meeting:

1. Meetings occurring during Daylight Savings Time will be held in person at the Barnes Lower Range House.

2. Meetings occurring during Standard Time (November – February) will be held via Zoom.
