Your credit card information is transmitted directly to your credit card provider. Your credit card data is never captured or stored on Mt. Washington’s membership system or server. While this may be a minor annual inconvenience because you must re-enter your card data when you renew your annual membership, we believe the increased security gained is in our members’ best interest.

We respect and are committed to protecting your information. Your personal data is stored securely, is used only for Club purposes by certain members of the Club’s Executive Committee and will never be sold, rented or divulged to outside interests.
